Order Processing & Preparation Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we will verify your order information within 1–2 business days. After order verification, our warehouse requires 2–3 business days for packing, quality inspection and handover to logistics carrier.

Note: Order processing & preparation do not include weekends or Chinese public holidays.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We cooperate with international logistics carriers. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number and tracking link. You can track your package status directly via the provided tracking link.

Transit Time (Logistics Transportation)

Estimated international transit time: 10–20 business days after parcel handover to carrier. Transit time is an estimation and may be delayed due to customs inspection, local postal peak season, bad weather or other uncontrollable factors.

All orders are shipped from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands.

Countries We DO NOT Ship To

We do NOT ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan.

Customs & Import Duties

Import taxes, customs duties or local clearance fees at destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs detention caused by buyer’s local import regulations.
